2. Ticket Purchase
•All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• E-tickets will be delivered via email
3. Event Rules
• Entry to the event is subject to organizer rules.
• A valid ticket + ID proof may be required at the venue.
4. Pricing
• Ticket prices are set by the organizer.
• Convenience/service fees may apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Once purchased, tickets are usually non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer’s decision will be final.
6. Liability
• Towntix.in is not responsible for event delays, cancellations, or changes by organizers.
7. Usage of Platform
• Users must provide accurate information while booking.
• Abuse of platform may lead to account suspension.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Refund Policy
1 No Refund for Confirmed Tickets
• All tickets once purchased are non-refundable & non-transferable.
2. Event Cancellation/Reschedule
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled, refund eligibility depends on the organizer.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
3. Technical Payment Issues
• If money is deducted and the ticket is not generated, a refund will be initiated automatically within 5–7 working days.
4. No Show / Late Entry
No refund for failure to attend the event.
